I'm a filmmaker and photographer based in New York City. For over a decade, I've built my work around one question: what drives people to create?

I'm less interested in the finished piece than in the person behind it — the spark, the doubt, the process of turning an idea into something real. That curiosity is the foundation of Artist Element, my documentary series exploring artists and the meaning behind their work.

My filmmaking has taken me well beyond the artist's studio — documenting groundbreaking scientific research, filming open-heart surgeries and brain operations alongside leading surgeons, and capturing jazz performances, cruises, and festivals. Different worlds, same instinct: get close, listen, and find the human story inside the craft.
